Choose how you want to receive your refund. You can now make your refund choice by logging in to your my 911±¬ÁÏÍø space. 

1. Click .
2. Click "Make a Refund Selection" button at the top right corner.
3. Click "I need a code" and fill in your information for School Name, Student ID Number, and School Email. Click the button to "Request my Personal Code". Personal codes will be sent to your 911±¬ÁÏÍø email.

Financial Aid students, please refer to Important Financial Aid Dates for dates of financial aid balance checks.

If you've already selected how you want to receive your refund, follow the steps below to change your selection:

1. Click .
2. Log into your account.
3. Click Refund and select Refund Preferences. To change your bank account information, click the "Change Bank" button. Complete the required information and click the "Continue" button. 

When it comes to deciding how to get your money, just choose the option that best fits you.

• DEPOSIT TO AN EXISTING ACCOUNT - Money is transferred to an existing account the same business day BMTX, Inc. receives funds from your school. Typically, it takes 1 - 2 business days for the receiving bank to credit the money to your account.
• DEPOSIT TO A BANKMOBILE VIBE ACCOUNT - If you open a BankMobile Vibe checking account (upon identity verification), money is deposited the same business day BMTX, Inc. receives funds from your school.
• PAYMENTS MADE BY CREDIT CARD - Will be refunded to the credit card used, not to exceed the amount of the payment.
