Apply for Financial Assistance
To submit your FAFSA, you must have a , or FSA ID. An FSA ID must be created for both you and your parent (if you are a dependent), prior to completing the FAFSA. You will use this FSA ID to electronically ‘sign’ your FAFSA.

Scholarships are a form of aid that assists students with paying for their education. Generally, scholarships are awarded to students with special qualifications, such as academic, athletic, or artistic talent. Scholarship consideration criteria include program of study, hours of registration, community service, extracurricular activities, residency, campus/club organization, financial need, and grade point average. You may be matched with one out of 200+ available scholarship opportunities by submitting the and uploading a personal statement. Interested applicants should complete a 2025-2026 FAFSA and have an admissions application on file.
Your financial aid award letter is based upon the information you submitted on your FAFSA and includes all the financial aid you are eligible for based upon this information. Your award letter assumes you will be enrolled as a full-time student (12+ credit hours/semester) and indicates the semesters for which aid has been awarded. The types of aid offered to you may include a combination of grants, scholarships, loans or work-study.
There are two types of financial aid:
Gift Aid – includes grants and scholarships, which are sources of financial aid that do not have to be repaid or earned;
Self-Help Aid – includes student loans and work-study, which are sources of financial aid that must be repaid or earned through employment.
The Work Study program provides employment opportunities on campus and at approved off-site locations. Work Study employment is federally funded and part of your financial aid package. You can review your award through yourmy 911爆料网 spaceto determine if you are eligible, or contact the Student Financial Aid and Scholarships office. Work Study is awarded on a first come first served basis, and you can earn up to $7,500. A Work Study award is NOT a guarantee of employment.
